Please note that this is in addition to the shipping time outlined below. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that the care and quality of your product is our priority. Please note that colours may vary based on different screen resolutions. Solid colours are also available and the options there are nearly endless. Feel free to send us a photo if you have a specific colour you have in mind and we can try to match it! Our foil options are a bit more limited, but currently we have Gold, Silver, Red, Kelly Green, Royal Blue & Black (which is more of just a shiny Black). ✦ S H I P P I N G ✦ Innocente Creative Co is located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Being that we are a border city lining Detroit, Michigan we will use this to our advantage to help speed up processing times when shipping to the United States. However, we cannot guarantee this is always an option so please review the estimated times below. Please understand that these are ESTIMATES only. Standard Shipping (No Tracking) To Canada: 2-4 business days To USA: 4-7 business days Tracking is available as an upgrade upon checkout. If you chose to upgrade the shipping option to include tracking, we have found these orders have been prioritized by the post office and tend to arrive within 4-5 business days. We highly recommend you include this if you have a tighter deadline. ✶✶✶ Due to the pandemic there have been delays with postage where shipping has ranged drastically from 3 days to 3 weeks. We ask that you include your event date in the 'Note to Seller' section upon checkout and if your event is less than 3 weeks away, we recommend upgrading to include tracking in order to help speed up shipping times.
