This lure has been handcrafted from a block of Alaskan Cedar wood. Each lure is slightly different from the others as I don't use a pattern, I turn them on the lathe by eye. Each lure is belly weighted and each varies some on the weight. All the lures have waterproofing sealer applied before the painting is done. Each lure is unique in the paint scheme, there are not two alike and I try very hard to not duplicate any of them. The lures are numbered. I paint these with lacquer paint and then give them a protective high gloss clear coat. The stainless steel heavy duty screw eyes allow for a hook change if desired. The line tie screw eye is 2 inches long for strength. Each lure will come in it's own numbered, quality box with a paper insert describing the lure and the best way to use it. I designed this lure a few years ago and gave it a serious field test back then off Monomoy island on Cape Cod. The lure produced beyond my expectations. This lure is made to use on any saltwater gamefish that feed on Squid. Stripers, Big Bluefish, Tuna, King Mackerel, Spanish, Barracuda, Snook, Tarpon and on and on. If you follow the directions on the box insert in the box, these lures will catch fish for you just about anywhere in the salt. Try them up in Bar Harbor, Acadia, the Cape Cod Canal, Monomoy, Race Point, Block Island, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Montauk ,Hatteras and all the Florida coast and just maybe, you will catch the biggest Striper or other Gamefish of your life.
