Fishing net, Smithsonian Photo Contest
Along the Tuyen Lam lake, beside the luxury resorts hidden in the forest, there are dozen of fishing nets spreading here and there. This kind of fishing is quite simple; a floating platform made by bamboo and wood, where a square net was hung on, when it gets dark, a light on top will be turned on to attract the fish while the net is laying down under the stream, after a few hours, the owner just raises the net and collects the fishes inside.
