The Daiwa BLX rods are the culmination of years of fishing rod development and the latest in Daiwa Rod Technologies. A complete renewal of the classic Black Label line, these rods are designed and constructed with 2 different concepts in mind - sensitivity and limberness. The SG or Sensitive Graphite models are well suited for worms, jigs, and dropshots - the techniques that demand sensitivity, feel, and a fast action. The LG or Limber Graphite models are designed for crankbaits, soft jerk baits, and stick baits. The limber bend utilizes a blank formulation that has the properties and strength of fiberglass without the traditional size and weight. This Nanoplus HVF Carbon Technology reinforces the blank through a micro-level arrangement of material in the plastic resin to create a smaller, lighter, more rigid blank. The 3DX Honeycomb Structure of the blank enhances compression with a high recovering force balanced in 360°. The X-45 Bias Construction has greater strength and prevents twisting for more precise casting. No expense is spared with the Fuji SIC Guides, state of the art in the industry Daiwa BLX Bass Spinning Rod Features: 3DX: 3DX supports the lower power section of the rod by knitting densely packed carbon fibers in 3 directions to achieve a six wrap rectangular weave. Power through the blank under load is distributed evenly in all directions allowing it to maintain its profile and form. This process confines the rod’s power to the lower section of the rod, increases power, and eliminates blank twist and collapse, all the while reducing angler fatigue. HVF Nanoplus: Through the use of nano resin control technology in the blank construction process, Nanoplus allows for increase graphite density to be achieved within a graphite rod blank. X45:  Developed to eliminate blank twist and increase power, X45 features a Bias Wrap Construction, left/right 45-degree carbon weave within the blank. X45 radically improves rod strength and durability by eliminating twist and preventing the blank from losing its round form.
