Larry Rencken, current Vice President and General Manager will be retiring in April to spend more time with his wife of 37 years and continue his lifelong passion for hunting and fishing after successfully leading Duckett Fishing since 2018. “I can’t thank Larry enough for the time, energy, and wisdom he brought to our company” stated Boyd Duckett, President. “Larry was instrumental in taking us from where we were 5 years ago to where we are today. He is leaving us with a strong foundation to continue to build from” Duckett Fishing also announced today that industry veteran Chris Russell will be joining the team and taking over as Vice President, General Manager of operations at the headquarters in Guntersville Alabama. Russell is a recognized leader with a career spanning more than 2 decades that showcases a proven track record
