9-year-old killed in accident

Rochester, N. Y. (WHAM) - A man could face charges after his son died in a dirt bike crash Sunday. Police responded to the Franklin High School campus around 3:30 p. m. and found a 9-year-old boy injured. He later died at the hospital from traumatic injures. Police told 13WHAM News the boy was riding a motocross bike with his father when the pair hit a curb or divot in the grass and crashed. Police said they do not believe either was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
